This project was for a worm farmer who didn’t have enough water or space for his operation to expand with his growing demand. We put in a large water retention feature near the bottom of the property that also doubles as a swimming feature with a dock. We built a smaller pond higher up on the property that feeds into the larger one, and we developed a few more small leachate ponds as well.

Additionally, this property has very steep slopes so we built a series of terraces so that the client could develop more windrows for his worm farm. The terraces that we made pitch down into the leachate ponds where all of that water is processed before continuing down. Now the client has ample water and workable ground to continue the growth of his operation.
